Where is the fixed file located?
If you use auto backup,the fixed file is rename to Fixed.xxx.xxx and the fixed files locat in the same folder of the movies.
If you not use auto backup,the corrupted movies are the fixed movies.
Why all my movies give audio but no video after being fixed?
You need to install the video decoders,we suggest you use the all in one decoder ffshow.

Why the movie is shorter after being fixed?
Because the corruped part have been removed.
Why remind 'can not create destination file?
1.You have not enough disk space.
2.The movie name or the folder name is too long.You can try to rename the movie name or the file name to shorter than 8 characters.
Why fixing progress freeze?
Many reasons will cause the problem
1.The file is too large such as divx avi file.
What you should do is just wait.
2.Avi Previewer meet a corrupted data block,Avi Previewer is seeking next correct data block.
3.This video file has fatal errors. Avi Previewer is seeking correct data block again and again.
If it freezes a long time,please stop the fixing progross.Maybe the files have been fixed.
4.In many situation the reason is that the video file has fatal error and can not be fixed completely.Only can be fixed partly.
What must I do before fixing?
Before fixing files, please backup them first.
